- Can I add a custom form to my program registration?
Yes. Custom forms can be used to ask questions specific to the programs your are hosting. They can be used over and over again and edited at any time.
- Can I create my own Age Groups?
Yes. You can also color code by age group on the events calendar.
- Can I see a combined view of program reservations and public reservations?
Yes. Your reservations calendar will show all pending and approved reservations.
- Who can I contact if I have a support question?
You can submit a support ticket to help@getlocalhop.com.
- Can I view my event as a patron?
Yes. Once you have saved and published your event, you will find a link on your event confirmation that will allow you to view it as a patron.
- How long is the onboarding process?
Your LocalHop Account can be set up the day you decide to switch. If you are requiring a bulk upload from an export of your current Demco data, this will take a few extra days to prep and upload.
