What are Google and Apple Wallets?

Google and Apple wallets are digital applications that securely organize your debit and credit cards, boarding and transit passes, tickets, and event passes all in one place; making it easy-to-use and accessible for everyone.

Common Troubleshooting Steps

In order to properly identify and resolve any possible issues with adding to wallet, it’s important to cover a few basic steps to ensure your passes are saved to your phone, which we’ve included below.

 

Ensure you have the correct wallet app installed for your device

  • For iOS devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Apple watch, users will need to download the Apple Wallet App.
  • For Android devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and Wear OS, users will need to download the Google Wallet App.

Ensure your device is compatible with the intended wallet app

For Apple Wallet users, the following devices are compatible:

  • iPhones: iPhone models with Face and/or Touch ID except the iPhone 5s model
  • iPads: iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad, and iPad mini models with Face and/or Touch ID
  • Apple Watch: Apple Watch Series 1 and beyond

It is important to note that some older models might be compatible, so be sure to check out the complete list of compatible devices here.

 

For Google Wallet users, the majority of modern Android devices are compatible, but specifically:

  •  Android Devices: Mobile phones, tablets,  and Wear OS by Google devices

Some older models may not support this function.

How do I add my pass to Apple Wallet?

1. Locate the “Add to Apple Wallet” Button

This can be located either in your email reservation confirmation or in the confirmation step of the reservation process.

 

2. Tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” button

3. Confirm the details are correct

Verify the pass details to make sure they are correct once the Apple Wallet app has opened. To confirm and add the pass to your Apple Wallet, simply press the “Add” button which is located on the top-right corner of the screen.

By confirming the details, users can be confident that their pass is safely kept in their Apple Wallet and is ready for use at the event!

4. Access your pass

To find your pass in the Apple Wallet app along with other wallet items such as plane passes, membership cards, and coupons, simply select the pass to examine the details. By becoming familiar with accessing your passes, presenting your passes at future destinations will be a breeze.
