The patron-facing LocalHop application was evaluated and found to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — while we strive to maintain compliance in future updates, we conduct VPAT evaluations annually and follow accessibility best practices as new features are developed.
