Northville Art House
The Northville Art House is a non-profit organization that operates as a 170(c)(1) governmental department of the City of Northville, Michigan. The mission: to cultivate the Arts through creative experiences and educational programs in Northville and Metro Detroit communities. The Art House officially opened its doors in March of 2005 and offers art classes for all ages and experience levels and presented exceptional original artwork and handmade gifts by local, regional and national artists through a main exhibition gallery, an emerging artist wall, and an artisan gift shop. Each June, the Art House presents the "Arts and Acts Festival" in downtown Northville, featuring a juried art fair, music entertainment, theatrical performances and more. The Art House is able to provide art programming and offerings through the generous support of the community participating in our membership and contribution programs. The Northville Art House is open Tuesday to Friday from 12:00-5:00 p.m., Saturday from 12:00-4:00 p.m., and on the first Friday of each month from 5:30-8:30 p.m. for exhibition receptions. Special events are as advertised.
