Clawson, MI

The city of Clawson has a small-town atmosphere and is known as the little city with a big heart. Clawson is in Oakland County, Michigan in the United States and is part of the Detroit metropolitan area with a population of 11,970. It has been recognized as a Tree City USA and is committed to environmental suitability. The city’s name is actually a misspelling of a local settler’s name, John Lawson. Some things to do in Clawson include Clawson City Park, Clawson Historical Museum, and the Red Oaks Waterpark. The city also has some fun events such as the Lion’s Club Car Show and Cinema in the Street.
